Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance at HDI

If you purchase liability insurance from HDI, you can choose the scope of coverage—you have the option to select the Turbo Liability Insurance Package with roadside assistance, which includes a discount protection guarantee and a free extension of coverage upon renewal. On the other hand, if the cost of the policy is important to you, you can also purchase the standard Liability Insurance Package.

Why should you choose HDI's auto liability insurance?

HDI offers two options for auto liability insurance: standard Liability Insurance Package and Turbo Liability Insurance Package.

If, in addition to price, you're considering the practical benefits of insurance, you should choose Turbo Liability Insurance Package. This package includes a guarantee of assistance in the event of an accident and the continuation of discounts even after a claim.

Guarantee that discounts will remain in effect even in the event of damage:

As a new customer, you’re guaranteed discounts during your first year, even if you cause damage up to 2,000 zł.

We also take good care of our loyal customers, so if you went through the past year without filing a claim, renew your policy and we’ll ensure you keep your post-claim discounts with no limit. That’s exactly why it pays to stay with us longer!

Help if you have problems:

As part of the OC Turbo Package, we offer Standard Assistance. That way, if you’re involved in an accident, all you have to do is call us, and our consultants will explain what steps you should take after the accident. In addition, we guarantee that we’ll quickly arrange for your vehicle to be towed up to 100 km. For a small additional fee, you can also purchase the Gold Assistance plan. This includes, for example, towing up to 200 km domestically and internationally in the event of an accident, breakdown, or other circumstances beyond your control, as well as a replacement car for up to 5 days following an accident or theft.

Family Protection:

The “Safe Family” Accident Insurance can only be added to the OC Turbo Package. It guarantees the payment of large sums in the event of the driver’s death in a traffic accident. For 29 zł per year, we offer a payout of up to 100,000 zł, and for 49 zł—as much as 150,000 zł. Along with the OC Turbo Package, we also recommend traditional accident insurance (NNW) for amounts of 5,000, 10,000, 15,000, or 30,000 PLN, which covers all passengers.

So, if you are the head of the household and you are involved in an unfortunate accident while driving, your family could receive up to 180,000 PLN in compensation. All of this is included in the price for a small annual premium.

Given that loyal customers benefit more by renewing the OC Turbo Package for another year, we will increase the coverage limit for the traditional accident insurance policy at no additional cost.

Additional extensions:

In addition to the options listed above, there are many others you can add to the OC Turbo Package, including:

HDI Extra 2000 – insurance that provides a payout of 2,000 zł in the event of car theft.

HDI Tire Assistance – guarantees assistance in the event of a flat tire.

HDI Windows – insurance that provides fast, cashless repair or replacement of a damaged windshield.

If you are not interested in the above add-on options, which further enhance your family’s safety and your convenience, you can choose the standard Liability Insurance Package. In this case, Standard Assistance and Accident Insurance with coverage of 5,000 PLN are subject to an additional charge.

Remember! If you choose the standard OC Package, you will not be able to take advantage of the additional options available only to purchasers of the OC Turbo Package when renewing your contract.

Important: HDI is a member of the market-based Direct Claims Settlement (BLS) system, which was developed under the auspices of the Polish Chamber of Insurance. Any holder of HDI motor liability insurance who suffers damage caused by a driver insured by a company that has joined the BLS* system—provided the value of the damage does not exceed 30,000 PLN—can have their claim settled by us from start to finish.
