Generali Życie Insurance Company, Joint-Stock Company
with its registered office at 18 Senatorska Street, 00-082 Warsaw, operates under a license issued by the Minister of Finance on January 6, 1998 on behalf of Zurich Handlowy Life Insurance Company, Joint-Stock Company, which acquired Generali Życie Insurance Company, Joint-Stock Company, as a result of a merger registered on January 26, 2004. and, as of the date of the merger, has been operating under the name Generali Życie Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Spółka Akcyjna.
Generali Powszechne Pension Insurance Company, Joint-Stock Company
with its registered office at 18 Senatorska Street, 00-082 Warsaw, was established pursuant to a decision issued by the Pension Fund Supervisory Authority on January 8, 1999.
Generali Powszechne Pension Fund, S.A. manages and represents the following funds:
